Antispyware vs. Antivirus

There are several different software’s out there that can help to protect your system, keep you organized, and make life easier every time you log onto your computer. There are several ways to protect your self from viruses as well. Be careful when opening an email from someone you don’t know. Always look for attachments that may have attached themselves to the email as it was being transferred or the virus may have been generated from a virus. Once you open it the virus will attach itself to your system and continue to invade everything on your computer. You may also want to use spam filters that will allow only emails that have been approved to pass through to your inbox. This type of filter is not a lot of protection but it does help.

Don’t trust any of the free downloads from any site that you are not familiar with. These sites may sound great but they don’t offer you the protection that you need. Some may find a way to allow viruses to get into your system eventually which will leave you vulnerable to any type of virus. Always buy your software from a trusted distributor and talk to customer support before you make a purchase. Being prepared will help you stay protected.
